A quick message from The Suncharms here - we've noticed that you've given us some much appreciated support on your blog and we'd love you to know that we have a new retrospective CD compilation out now on Cloudberry Records ! It contains all the tracks from our two EPs ( first released in 1991 ) plus six previously unreleased demo tracks. The Suncharms were from Sheffield UK and were active from 1989-1993 - we played a mixture of melodic indie pop and shoegaze. The build up to the release of this CD has meant a reunion of sorts with the band meeting up to collect old photos, reviews , set lists etc - most of which can be seen in the CD booklet alongside a comprehensive history of the band. Since meeting up we've already started working on brand new songs - our first since 1993! The CD is available from Cloudberry Records, Jigsaw Records, Rough Trade Records, Vinyl Exchange and Discogs.
